• Leading the functional design and delivery of process & system design of new Pan-European, Hub & Spoke Network, Cold Chain Road product facilitating the delivery temperature controlled products.
• Leading the functional redesign of process and systems to allow for better billing. Reduced in time equivalent of 80% headcount reduction.
• Organized several workshops to elicitate cross departmental product requirements from multiple directors. and synthesizing different angles to a coherent concrete proposal.
• Reviewed system validation documentation for accuracy, ensuring compliance with industry standards (Gamp 5) and regulations (GxP).
• Managed the change in introducing the product to operations . Stabilization within week, in some releases almost no issues.
• Mentoring a small team of engineers to lead smaller parts of the whole, mentored other engineers not directly reporting to me leading to a cross departmental functioning partnership without Silos.

• Led the execution of the EMEA Business Plan 2021, delivering the net targets of the program. Received guidance through Regional SteCo.
• Designed and presented to regional directors the EMEA BP 2022, further expanding the program to more countries like Germany, Poland, Spain, etc.
• Onboarded and successfully trained new direct reports, delivered their first project approximately after their first 40 days.

• Continuous Optimization and Simulation of spare-parts network for various accounts balancing demand, availability, lead time and costs.
• Engineered Business Intelligence Solutions for Customers and Internal Stakeholders by leveraging my PowerBI/SQL/R Skills.
• RPA: Internally "Sold", Re-engineered, automated and stabilized labor intensive processes resulting in 400k+ USD savings. UIPath Certified. Projects delivered for Netherlands, France, Poland and United Kingdom.

  ARIMA model for forecasting medical personnel fulfillment.
• Supervised 2 interns to deliver churn segmentation model based on PCA/Clustering methodologies.
